How do I find the DataDot App? Go to Google Play or the Apple Store on your PC, phone, tablet or via the internet and search for the NHAR app. You will recognise the DataDot logo next to the app. Download it.

How do I register on the DataDot App? Once you have downloaded the app, open it and you will see a registration and / or log in window.

How do I add an asset on the app? Click on the "My Assets" tab. You will see on the left hand side of the screen an option to "Add Asset". Click on this and begin adding your asset details.

How do I flag an asset? Click on the "My Asset" tab. You will see on the left hand side of the screen an option to "Flag an Asset". Click on this and then begin flagging your assets if stolen, found, lost or scrapped.

How do I Mark & Secure my assets? Click on the "My Assets" tab. You will see on the left hand side of the screen an option to "Mark & Secure". Click on this to enter your unique PIN number. The PIN number will then be linked to all the assets you have loaded onto your profile.

How do I change ownership on the app? Click on the "My Assets" tab. You will see on the left hand side of the screen an option to "Change Ownership". Click on this to transfer the PIN number to the new owner. Remember, the new owner will also need to create a profie on the app in order to be able to receive the PIN number.

How do I receive an asset? Click on the "My Assets" tab. You will see on the left hand side of the screen an option to "Receive Asset". Click on this to enable you to receive the asset from the seller. The transaction code will be emailed to you in order for you to be able to access the PIN number.
